INDIGO Education provides a multitude of training and cohort group opportunities throughout the school year.
NEW TEACHER COHORT
New special education teachers in charter schools have the challenging task of helping students with disabilities make academic progress while maintaining a number of statutory requirements. The INDIGO Education Team will provide basic training on completing electronic forms using compliant guidelines, and understanding how they are linked to student success. Cohort members will finish the year with a clear "big picture" that identifies the basic accountability of special educators. Cohort membership will include access to organized resource guides, monthly training, supervised practice, ongoing opportunity for question and answer sessions, and time to collaborate with other new teachers in the field.
RELATED SERVICE PROVIDERS
Companies and Individuals providing related services to charter schools experience unique situations and much maintain fiscal and statutory requirements. INDIGO Education's related service provider cohort will provide timely training and resources for relevant topics related to serving students with disabilities and documentation of service. Cohort membership will include access to resource guides, monthly training, ongoing opportunity for questions and answer sessions, and time to collaborate with other related service providers.
